Maverick understands the need for reliable customer service that fits your schedule and budget. We offer a variety of support agreements ranging from Maverick Dealer On-Site support to a number of Factory Depot support options.

  • On-Site Service...
    is provided by our National Dealership and is designed for customers who require the highest level of on-site service. Maverick Dealers have direct acess to Maverick OEM Parts, Factory Training, and Phone Support. They are Maverick's representatives in your locality. This program is administered directly by our Dealers. Call us and we will get you in touch with the nearest local Maverick Dealer.

  • Factory Depot Service...
    for customers willing to return their equipment to the Factory for service, maintenance, and repair. There are several levels of service:

    • Extended Support service is for customers who desire to have their equipment covered by a support agreement for an extended period of time. Available only for equipment that is currently covered by new equipment warranty or another Maverick "Extended Support Agreement. This is an insurance program to protect against equipment failure.
      • Includes one "tune up" every 12 months. Your machine will be repaired and returned to factory specifications. All worn operating parts will be replaced at no charge.
      • If your equipment needs repair, all you need to do is send it to us and we will cover the cost of all parts and labor.
      • Your machine will be repaired and returned to factory specifications. All damaged operating parts will be replaced.
      • Includes support when you first install your equipment and help of you need operating assistance.

    • The Gold Advantage priority support service is for the customer that may require urgent repair and cannot be "down" should a problem occur. This program features a loaner machine that will be configured similar to your original equipment eliminating excessive down time should a failure occur. Your phone requests and equipment repair are always prioritized to the top of the list.
      • Your phone calls and equipment repair are prioritized. Even when you simply want annual maintenance your equipment, you will go to the top of the list.
      • a loaner machine of the same model which has been set up to operate similar as the machine under coverage. The loaner will be sent to you via next day air within 24 hours of the request at no cost to you.
      • All freight to and from the Factory Depot are covered as part of the agreement.
      • Includes one "tune up" every 12 months when requested. Only one "tune up" per 12 month period. Does not roll over after the 12 month period.
      • Includes support when you first install your equipment and help if you need operating assistance.

    • Gold Standard priority support service for urgent repair situations without the need of a loaner
      • Includes Factory Depot service
      • Includes prepaid ground freight to and from factory.
      • Includes parts and labor.
      • Includes one "tune up" every 12 months when requested Only one "tune up" is allowed within any 12 month period.
      • Remote phone installation and software support services for Maverick supplied firmware and application software. Basic field format programming. Does not include custom programming.
      • Direct entry into the on-line Maverick RMA database.

    • Silver support service for timely repair situations
      • Includes parts and labor.
      • Includes one "tune up" every 12 months when requested Only one "tune up" is allowed within any 12 month period
      • Remote phone installation and software support services for Maverick supplied firmware and application software. Basic field format programming. Does not include custom programming.
      • Direct entry into the on-line Maverick RMA database.

    • Bronze support service for economy repair situations
      • Includes one "tune up" every 12 months when requested at N/C* Only one "tune up" is allowed within any 12 month period.
      • 50% off parts and labor for any repair. Estimate available prior to actual repair if requested.
      • Remote phone installation and software support services for Maverick supplied firmware and application software. Basic field format programming. Does not include custom programming.
      • Direct entry into the on-line Maverick RMA database.
